Why is it Not Allowing Me to Send my Message?
Why do I get the “No Symbol” when I try to send my message?
There are a couple of reasons why you can get the ‘No Symbol’:
The first possibility is that you don’t have all the message information filled in correctly. Be sure to double-check that you have filled in all the requested information.
The second reason is that you are trying to resend a message you already sent to another practice member. Once you create a new message and send it you can’t go back into that same sent message and edit the message or add more people. So if you are currently trying to edit a message you already created and sent you’ll get the no symbol. Instead, you’ll have to create a new message, copying the wording from your previous message, and then add the additional people.
