What are Messages?
Messages are alerts from your office. They may be confirming your appointment or notifying you that you missed an appointment. They can also be notifications for office closings or upcoming events.
These messages can be received through email, text, or through push notification via the app. If they are sent through text or email you have the ability to reply back to the office to make them aware of any tardiness or changes to your appointment.
