Appointments Remaining on Platinum Ledger

When a practice member reschedules their appointment in the SKED App, it takes the appointment off the calendar on Platinum, but doesn’t take it off the patient’s ledger that day. Is that normal?

Yes, this is standard in Platinum. It will stay on your patient’s ledger for the remainder of the day, but will come off the ledger by the end of the day.
